We’re looking for a Senior Performance Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team and lead high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Job responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Analyze campaign data daily to identify optimization opportunities and maintain strong ROAS.
- Leverage KePixel’s AI-tracking insights to improve audience segmentation and conversion accuracy.
- Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
- Report on campaign performance, attribution accuracy, and budget pacing.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ad platform policies.
Job requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
- Proven record managing ad budgets above $50K/month.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking, CAPI, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or eCommerce marketing.
- Knowledge of GTM.
- Experience with automation tools and AI-based optimization.
